What is the return policy?
We know sizing can be a pain
We accept exchanges for size if the item is returned and undamaged. Return postage is at the buyers expense only.
For our Pre-loved Akubra exchanges for sizing is not permitted.
A full refund will be issued if there is any damage due during packaging and/or shipping not otherwise stated by the condition on the product description. This must be documented and submitted reasonably.
When will I get my order?
Orders are dispatched typically in 1-2 Business days. We use exclusively Auspost to which a tracking number will be issued to you. Most orders take 5-7 Business days.
All hats are sent in a carefully packaged Box for maximum protection

Our products are ethically sourced from a small town in Mexico that has been specialising in Hat making for decades.
